Nose
Malty banana milkshake, rum and raisin toffee and fudge, creme brulee tops, vanilla rice pudding.
Palate
Demorera sugar, sappy cane syrup, dry wood, aromatic spices, rum and raisin fudge, banana sweets, egg custard, ginger beer.
Finish
Rum panna cotta, palm sugar, banana toffee, rum and raisin, dry spice and oak with pepper and ginger heat. Like a dark and stormy cocktail made with Golden rum,cane syrup & topped up with ginger beer, if you like rum then his is a whisky for you but this is a hot and spicy mouthfull from triple distilled Irish malt from a mystery distillery.
