Tasting Notes

Nose

Peanut brittle, peach melba, and salted French toast with red berries unfold on the nose, lifted by waxy orange zest and a ribbon of floral honey on brown bread.

Palate

Rich and grapey with a brandy-like mouthfeel; toasted almonds frame damson jam and brown toast, delivering velvety sweetness and a lingering, nutty finish.

Finish

Orange blossom honey, plum jam on brown toast, sherry soaked raisins, sugared almonds.
