This 10 Year Old Tullibardine single malt bottled at 48.5% ABV by independent bottlers, Thompson Bros has been aged exclusively in red wine barriques. The full term maturation tends to siften the tannins of the red wine influence and bring more balance through oxidative ageing.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a ruby-red edge and hints of mahogany.
Nose
A vibrant mosaic of tart cranberries, fallen autumn leaves, and crème de cassis, lifted by warm notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, sultanas, and raspberry cordial.
Palate
On the palate, dry spices unfold with a luxurious berry compote. Clove-studded oranges meet grapefruit juice, while crushed spearmint provides a refreshing lift that harmonizes with the red wine cask influence and leaves a poised, lingering finish.
Finish
Dry and notably tannic, the finish clings with lingonberry jam and spice, as cloves and cinnamon linger warmly on the palate.
