Palate
Silky on the palate, with orchard fruit—pear and apple—woven with creamy vanilla and a delicate almond note. Sherry-cask maturity adds dried apricot, raisin and cocoa, folded with subtle spice and polished oak. Medium-bodied and seamless, the sweetness lingers into a warm, comforting finish.

Silky, long finish with orchard fruits and vanilla, a delicate honeyed sweetness and faint spice, then a whisper of citrus and soft oak that lingers warmly on the palate.
