This fantastic single cask 21 Year Old Tomatin Single Malt is presented in a gorgeous decanter. This has been matured in an ex-Bourbon hogshead and bottled at 48%abv and displays lovely fresh notes of white chocolate,sugared almonds, toasted marshmallow, ripe melon and a touch of mint.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and pale straw edges.
Nose
Fresh white chocolate, sugared almonds and toasted marshmallow mingle with ripe melon, while a cool kiss of mint lifts the bouquet, delivering a bright, inviting nose.
Palate
Silky, mid-weight on the palate with a creamy sweetness of white chocolate and toasted marshmallow, punctuated by sugared almonds and ripe melon. Subtle vanilla and honeyed notes from the Bourbon cask mingle with a cooling mint flourish, finishing lightly and well-balanced.
Finish
Long and creamy, the finish pours vanilla and white chocolate into the palate, while sugared almonds and toasted marshmallow fade gracefully. Bright melon lingers briefly, then a cool whisper of mint completes the graceful fade.
