Colour
Radiant amber with warm honey-gold hues and coppery glints.
Nose
An immediate ex-bourbon glow, with lashings of vanilla, coconut and caramel leaping from the glass, edged by gentle oak spice. As it settles, baked apples, citrus zest and a soft floral whisper emerge, inviting with creamy warmth.
Palate
Delicious, with notes of apple crumble, freshly baked croissants and Manuka honey forming a sweet, warming base; ginger, clove and star anise unfold to layer warm spice across a creamy, buttery palate.
Finish
Long, fruity and buttery, fading into creamy orchard sweetness with a subtle echo of vanilla and spice.
