The Quiet Man Single Malt Irish Whiskey 12 Year Old
Out of stock
A new Irish Single Malt from the Quiet Man company. This whiskey takes its name from the founder’s father, who was a bartender in Belfast for over 50 years. In the course of their career, bartenders are a likely to hear a lot of stories and see a lot of things, yet the very best keep this knowledge to themselves and do not gossip. These bartenders are few and far between, and in Ireland they gain the honour of being called “The Quiet Man’ or An Fear Ciuin in Irish.
The whiskey itself presents an excellent Irish style: with a clean, fresh maltiness, soft fruit notes, and a beautiful honeyed flavour.
This whiskey is bottled at 46% and without chill filtration or colouring and aged in Ex-Kentucky Bourbon Casks
