The Quiet Man Blended Irish Whiskey is produced in Northern Ireland and bottled at 40% ABV, combining malt and grain whiskeys matured in oak casks. The brand takes its name from founder John Mulgrew’s father, who worked as a bartender and was known for keeping customers’ stories to himself.
Matured primarily in ex-bourbon barrels, it offers a smooth, approachable style with gentle vanilla, light honeyed sweetness and soft orchard fruit, balanced by subtle spice and a clean finish. Easy-drinking and versatile, it works well neat, over ice or in classic Irish whiskey cocktails.
