The Macallan Complete Harmony Collection Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bundle

This exceptional bundle brings together all six main releases from The Macallan Harmony Collection, following the limited annual series from its first exploration of chocolate through to its concluding coconut-inspired expression. Across the collection, The Macallan combines whisky making with collaborations spanning chocolate, coffee, the Scottish landscape, performance, tea and gastronomy, while also exploring innovative packaging made using repurposed natural materials. Together, the six bottles offer a complete journey through one of The Macallan’s most distinctive modern limited-edition series.

Harmony Collection I – Rich Cacao

The collection began with Rich Cacao, created in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca and inspired by the world of fine chocolate. Matured using a combination of European and American oak casks, the whisky delivers a rich profile of dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon. Its presentation box incorporates discarded cacao pod husks, establishing the collection’s theme of giving natural materials a new purpose.

Harmony Collection II – Inspired by Intense Arabica

The second release turned to the world of coffee, taking inspiration from the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Created following The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner’s work with coffee experts, Intense Arabica combines rich notes of espresso, dark chocolate and sweet oak with flavours reminiscent of tiramisu, creating a whisky designed to sit naturally alongside fine coffee.

Harmony Collection III – Amber Meadow

Created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, Amber Meadow celebrates the Scottish countryside and the sisters’ memories of summer days spent among its fields and landscapes. A combination of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks produces a warm, generous whisky inspired by mature barley fields and natural grasslands, with rich fruit and a citrus-led finish. The presentation continues the collection’s focus on repurposed materials, incorporating discarded meadow cuttings and photography of The Macallan Estate by Mary McCartney.

Harmony Collection IV – Vibrant Oak

Vibrant Oak was created with Cirque du Soleil as part of the celebrations marking The Macallan’s 200th anniversary, placing the importance of oak at the centre of the fourth chapter. Matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks, it brings forward notes of vanilla bean, citrus, sweet oak, pear and delicate sponge cake. Oak chippings left over from cask production were also incorporated into the presentation materials, connecting the packaging directly to the wood that shapes the whisky.

Harmony Collection V – Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea

For the fifth release, The Macallan partnered with JING Tea and drew inspiration from the aromatic Phoenix Honey Orchid tea. Predominantly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak, with European oak and a subtle contribution from ex-bourbon casks, the whisky combines floral and exotic fruit notes with roasted richness and gentle sweetness. Waste tea leaves unsuitable for consumption were incorporated into the paper used for the presentation box, continuing the collection’s relationship between flavour, nature and packaging.

Harmony Collection VI – Inspired by Fresh Coconut

The sixth and final release brings the Harmony journey full circle, returning to The Macallan Estate and its relationship with the Roca brothers through the TimeSpirit Dining Experience. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, Inspired by Fresh Coconut reveals fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruit alongside vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice, with coconut milk and zesty lime developing across the palate. The coconut character is naturally drawn from carefully selected sherry-seasoned American oak casks and refined through the use of bourbon casks, while discarded coconut fibres are incorporated into the distinctive presentation box.
