Rich sherry-driven nose with dark fruit, fig, and raisin, folded into warm toffee and burnt sugar. Carved oak and vanilla add gentle spice, while cocoa and almond notes hint at confectionery sweetness. A polished, warming richness from the ex-Sherry cask, inviting a luxurious sip.
Palate
Velvety and richly sherried, this young single malt coats the palate with folded notes of raisin, fig and orange zest, tempered by mocha and toffee. Toasted almond and baking spices weave through a bright oak backbone, delivering depth without heaviness. The finish is long and warming, with chocolatey fruit lingering in a refined sherry glow.

An enduring, sherry-kissed finish: dark fruit compote, prune and raisin, a ribbon of chocolate and orange zest, settled on velvety oak with a gentle spice that lingers into warmth.
