The fifth and final release in Teeling's Revival Series. Volume V is a 12 year old single malt that was initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished in both Cognac and brandy casks. The whiskey has been bottled at 46% without chill filtration.
Limited to 15,000 decanter style bottles.
Drinks more like a white port or a calvados, light and easy drinking and yet beautifully elegant with it.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw-gold with a delicate, sunlit glow.
Nose
Calvados and pear cider lead an orchard-bright bouquet of apples and pears, with tarte tatin sweetness. Orchard blossoms mingle with vanilla sponge cake, candyfloss-green grapes, and toasted, aromatic oak spice, while delicate whispers of coconut and marshmallow add a soft, creamy lift.
Palate
Pear frangipane greets the tongue with apple blossom and green grapes, guided by toasted oak. The texture is soft and mellow, with a subtle raisin fudge echoing through a gentle, orchard-fresh sweetness.
Finish
Apple and pear linger with creamy vanilla, toasted almonds and white nougat, wrapped in a soft, grapey finish.
