The first bottling in Tamnavulins Rare Vintage Cllection, this 18 Year Old was distilled in 2000, the year the distillery restarted. Matured in a special assemblage of First Fill Bourbon Barrels, 30 Year Old Oloroso Sherry, Matusalem & Aged Oloroso Amoroso Sherry casks for a total of 18 years.
Palete - Sweet, warm flavours of toffee apple, Madagascan vanilla, hazlenuts and butterscotch candy.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany at the rim, a honeyed, sun-warmed glow.
Nose
Delicate honey and creamy caramel rise on the nose, mingling with tropical fruit brightness and a subtle kiss of cinnamon, a warm, inviting prelude to the whisky’s richness.
Palate
Sweet, warm on the palate with ripe toffee apple at the core, seasoned by Madagascan vanilla. Nutty undertones of hazelnuts mingle with creamy butterscotch candy, evolving into a comforting, lingering finish.
Finish
Silky and long, the finish coats the palate with warm toffee apple and vanilla from the first-fill bourbon heritage, while the aged Oloroso sherry influence lingers as rich fruitcake, hazelnut, and a hint of cinnamon. Caramel and butterscotch persist, gradually fading to a refined oak whisper.
