Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with warm mahogany hues and a copper-gold edge.
Nose
Opulent sherry-driven aromas unveil dried fig and plum with bright orange zest, layered over coastal peat and sea breeze. Vanilla, toffee and toasted walnut thread through dark chocolate as elegant oak adds quiet spice, while a subtle whiff of smoke and maritime brine lingers.
Palate
Velvety coastal palate where mineral peat wraps rich dried fruit, figs and raisins, with treacle, burnt sugar and dark chocolate. Sherried spice emerges as orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with oak. A whisper of sea salt and smoke lingers, finishing long, warm, and decadently refined.
Finish
An enduring, tobacco-tinged finish that carries dark sherry fruit—prune, fig, raisin—on a veil of subtle peat smoke. Spiced oak, espresso and cocoa linger, with a marine salt kiss softening into a long, velvety warmth.
