Colour

Peat and maritime brine greet the nose, laced with rich sherry sweetness. Dried cherry and fig mingle with roasted almond and cocoa, a hint of orange zest, while a whisper of mineral smoke keeps it crisp and refined.

Palate

Soft peat and coastal brine lift into a sherry-tinged sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and toasted almond, bound by gentle oak spice. At 40%, the mouthfeel is refined and balanced, finishing with persistent smoke, maritime iodine, and a long, warm fade.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish carries a gentle peat smoke that lingers, carried by a sea-salt tang. Dried fruit echoes emerge, complemented by cocoa, vanilla, and oak, with a final, peppery spice that slowly recedes into the night.
