A blend of whiskies sourced from Indiana and Tennesse, produced with Bourbon mashbills. This is a big, rich and sweet whiskey with toffee apple, spice and butter on the nose. Yeasty and bready on the palate with a combination of sweet spice, caramel and tobacco. The finish is all chocolate and apple crumble with touches of menthol and spice.
One of the whiskies was matured in rejuvinated / re-charred barrels, hence why this is labelled as a whiskey not a Bourbon.

Deep amber with copper-gold edges and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Toffee apple, spice and butter rise from the glass, a rich, inviting nose of warm sweetness and bakery-like spice.
Palate
Yeasty and bread-forward on the palate, its sweetness unfurling as caramel and spice mingle with tobacco; a full, mellow texture leads to a chocolatey, apple-crumble finish with a whisper of menthol.
Finish
Chocolate-laden finish rich with cocoa and apple crumble, lingering menthol cool and a thread of spice.
