Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones, a sunlit honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent aroma of red apple, plum and dried fig, lifted by sherry-laden sweetness. Layers of vanilla, toffee and caramel mingle with toasted oak, a touch of almond and spice, while a subtle maltiness and a wisp of cocoa hint at the whisky’s depth.
Palate
Rich and inviting on the palate, with sun-dried fruit and sherry-driven sweetness, braided with toffee, orange zest and dark chocolate. Silky yet substantial, the oak is integrated, a gentle spice lingers, and the finish is long and warming, dotted with raisins, almonds and a touch of cocoa.
Finish
Long, warm finish imbued with rich sherry sweetness. Dried fruits, cocoa and toasted spice unfold, drifting into a smooth, oak-inflected fade with honeyed warmth that lingers softly.
