Inspired by a long history of entrepreneurial Scottish farmers taking distillation into their own hands, this rich and fruity blended malt whisky pays homage to an era where these illicit spirits traded hands across Scotland, via farmers merchants from the Islands to Speyside. Rich, fruity and inviting—a tapestry of orchard fruit and citrus, bathed in a soft sherry glow. Dried fig and raisin mingle with caramel, almond and a touch of oak, while gentle spice shades the bouquet. Palate
On the palate, Sheep Dip pours with rich, fruity depth and malt-driven poise. Ripe apples and pears intertwine with dark plum, raisin and fig from sherry echoes, while silky caramel and toffee sweetness glides over toasted almond and a cocoa kiss. Subtle spice and gentle oak lend structure, finishing warm, refined, and lingering with a touch of coastal brightness.
