A miniature bottle of Sheep Dip whisky. Sheep Dip is a small batch, handcrafted, premium blended Scotch whisky created by Richard Paterson, he of Whyte & Mackay/Dalmore fame. Inspired by the illicit distilling practiced by farmers of old, it marries together 16 single malt whiskies in an enigmatically refined blend that packs plenty of punch.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Opulent, sherried nose with dried fig and raisin, orange zest and Demerara sugar. Rich vanilla, toffee and roasted almond drift over cocoa, while a hint of cinnamon and clove refreshes the oak. A whisper of malt and smoke hints at the 16-malt blend, inviting warmth and intrigue.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied with sherried warmth and depth. Rich raisin, fig and orange zest mingle with toffee, vanilla and toasted almond, while spice-kissed oak adds structure. Dark chocolate echoes through the finish as gentle cinnamon and nutmeg meld with warm wood for a long, velvety afterglow.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry-soaked richness, dark fruit and cocoa, a whisper of vanilla, and toasted oak, drifting into a warm, peppery spice that slowly fades to a silky, lingering glow.
