A new Irish single malt, matured for 4 years in refill sherry butts for added depth of flavour. Distilled in County Antrim, Northern Ireland (Bushmills distillery) this is a new release for 2019 aimed at both those who like to drink neat or mix.
Light and delicate on the nose with gentle fruit nuaces, cherry, raisins, oranges and a slight sweet spiced oak on the finish.
The palate is again fruity and light, slightly oily and fairly dry. Spicy and slightly oaky towards the end.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm honeyed glow.
Nose
Light and delicate on the nose, with gentle fruit notes of cherry, raisins and orange, finishing with a subtle, sweet-spiced oak.
Palate
Fruity and light on the palate, with a slightly oily texture and a fairly dry finish. Spicy notes emerge mid-palate, giving way to a gentle, lingering oak toward the end.
Finish
Sweet-spiced oak lingers with a warm, refined spice, fading to a dry, lightly oaked finish.
