A new Irish single malt, matured for 4 years in refill sherry butts for added depth of flavour. Distilled in County Antrim, Northern Ireland (Bushmills distillery) this is a new release for 2019 aimed at both those who like to drink neat or mix.
Light and delicate on the nose with gentle fruit nuaces, cherry, raisins, oranges and a slight sweet spiced oak on the finish.
The palate is again fruity and light, slightly oily and fairly dry. Spicy and slightly oaky towards the end.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm copper highlights.
Nose
Light and delicate on the nose, a gentle fruit bouquet of cherry, raisins and orange zest, with a whisper of sweet-spiced oak lingering into the finish.
Palate
Fruity and light on the palate, slightly oily, finishing fairly dry; evolving spice and a hint of oak emerge toward the end.
Finish
Soft, sweet-spiced oak lingers, with gentle spice and oak notes carrying through the finish, warming and lightly drying.
