A new Irish single malt, matured for 4 years in refill sherry butts for added depth of flavour. Distilled in County Antrim, Northern Ireland (Bushmills distillery) this is a new release for 2019 aimed at both those who like to drink neat or mix.
Light and delicate on the nose with gentle fruit nuaces, cherry, raisins, oranges and a slight sweet spiced oak on the finish.
The palate is again fruity and light, slightly oily and fairly dry. Spicy and slightly oaky towards the end.

Golden amber with a soft copper glow and honeyed warmth, a sunlit, inviting hue.
Nose
Light and delicate on the nose, with gentle fruit nuances—cherry, raisins and orange zest—paired with a faint, sweet-spiced oak.
Palate
Fruity and light on the palate, with a slightly oily mouthfeel and a fairly dry finish. Spicy notes emerge, yielding a subtle oakiness toward the end.
Finish
A delicate, lingering finish of sweet spiced oak, with subtle spice and a warm, oaky fade that lingers toward the end.
