The Sexton is a modern Irish single malt whiskey created by master blender Alex Thomas and first introduced in 2017. Made from 100% Irish malted barley, the spirit is triple distilled in copper pot stills before maturing in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. This sherry-led maturation brings notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts, honey, spice and oak, creating an approachable Irish whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in cocktails.
