Sun-warmed orchard fruit, honeyed vanilla and toasted almonds rise on the nose, with a zesty orange glow. Sherry-influenced sweetness brings dried fig and raisin, a whisper of cocoa, while a restrained coastal breeze and sea-salt lift the aroma to a crisp, maritime finish.

Palate

Silky mouthfeel with a soft, fruit-forward entrance, opening to sherried sweetness: red fruit, dried fig and orange peel, balanced by almond and a hint of cocoa. Subtle maritime notes of salty air mingle with gentle spice, oak and vanilla, finishing with refined sweetness and a clean, lightly saline aftertaste.

Finish

Long maritime finish of honeyed warmth, with raisin and fig balanced by roasted almond and cocoa. Oak spice fades slowly, leaving a delicate brine and a lingering, soft sweetness.
