Inspired by a long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, Scallywag Malt Scotch Whisky is a marriage of aged Speyside Single Malts matured predominantly in Spanish Sherry casks. Anticipate an explosion of rich, dark fruits, chocolate and spice interwoven with late vanilla. Award-winning Scallywag is bottled and released in genuinely small, precious batches.

Nose
Opulent and wintry, the nose combines sun-kissed orchard fruits with drizzle of honey and a velvet vanilla thread. Subtle cocoa and baking spices mingle with a crisp sherry lift, while a rare Ice Wine finish adds a plush, sugary sweetness that lingers with ripe dark fruits.
Palate
Velvety and opulent on the palate, it unfurls vibrant orchard fruits and rich honey, with dark chocolate and warming spice. The Ice Wine finish threads in a lacquered sweetness that lifts notes of toffee, fig and plum with vanilla, delivering a full, warming mid-palate and a long, comforting finish.
Finish
An elongated, silky finish layered with Ice Wine sweetness. Honeyed orchard fruits fold into vanilla, while a kiss of dark chocolate and warming winter spice lingers, leaving a refined, honey-dusted glow across the palate.
