Extracted purely from the fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation.
Nose
A richly spiced character woven into delicious vanilla, where warming notes of clove and nutmeg mingle with creamy sweetness.
Palate
Layer upon layer of sweet stewed fruits and dark chocolate, wreathed in nutmeg and cinnamon, refined by years resting in Spanish Sherry butts.
Finish
A burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger, cocoa and rich fruitcake.
