Colour
Deep amber with radiant golden hues and subtle coppery highlights.
Nose
Fresh red apples, homemade raspberry jam and creme brulee mingle with swirls of hazelnut praline, hints of cinnamon, and the sweet echo of toasted oak.

Pear crumble, creamy vanilla fudge and toasted almonds from extra-charred virgin oak greet the palate, while Sherry-matured Braeval contributes raisin and gooseberry jam, enlivened by ginger and a touch of clove.
Finish
An enduring, opulent finish that lingers with warmth and spice; cinnamon, clove and ginger weave through rich oak, leaving a complex, well-balanced glow.
