Tasting Notes
Colour
Pink-tinged amber with a warm rose-gold shimmer.
Nose
Fresh red apples, raspberry jam and crème brûlée unfold on the nose, intertwined with nutty hazelnut praline. Subtle cinnamon accents and a kiss of sweet toasted oak add warmth, weaving a creamy, inviting perfume.
Palate
Pear crumble, creamy vanilla fudge and toasted almonds from the extra charred virgin oak barrel are complemented by Sherry matured Braeval, bringing notes of raisin, gooseberry jam, lively ginger and hints of clove.
Finish
Long, rich and spicy, the finish lingers with ginger and clove, lifted by raisin from the sherry cask and a warm kiss of toasted oak.
