Colour

Bright golden amber with a sunlit, honeyed glow.

Nose

Rich sherry-influenced nose with dried plum, fig and raisin, interlaced with orange zest and vanilla; almonds and toffee meet toasted oak, delivering a warm, refined sweetness.

Palate

Silky, fruit-forward palate with raisin, fig and orange marmalade, accented by almond and toffee. A gentle sherry sweetness coats the tongue while cocoa and spice deepen the profile. Polished oak adds structure, delivering a long, refined finish with dried fruit and a hint of coffee.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish reveals sherry‑cask depth with dark fruit, cocoa, and toasted almond. Vanilla and oak frame a warming spice, leaving a softly lingering sweetness and a refined, velvet glow that fades with graceful ease.
