Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.

Colour
Deep copper-amber with a luminous honey-gold core and a whisper of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Opens with orchard fruit—ripe pear and apple—beside sun-kissed sherry notes. Vanilla bean and custard sweetness mingle with toffee and toasted oak, while gentle spice threads through—nutmeg, a touch of cinnamon. Subtle almond and fig hints deepen the aroma, signaling bourbon-aging and Oloroso influence in a lush, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky and generously full-bodied, with malt sweetness and orchard fruit supported by fig and raisin from the Oloroso sherry casks. Creamy vanilla and toasted almond ride a warm, spicy wave from the bourbon oak, delivering a refined, velvety mid-palate that gives way to a lingering oak-driven finish.
Finish
