Nose
A succulent medley of exotic fruits—mango, pineapple, blood orange and ripe red berries—complemented by fresh herbs, aromatic oils and wood spices. Vanilla sweetness and treacle toffee add richness, while walnuts and toasted oak hint at the supreme cask selection.
Palate
Incredibly rich in texture, it opens with a luxuriously fruity flood of ripe plums, black cherries and summer berries, sharpened by a whisper of chili oil. The taste evolves as cherry menthol guides vanilla and cinnamon-spiced sweetness, with red pepper, nutmeg and toasted oak building an intriguing, layered complexity.
Finish
Long, refined finish where ripe plum and black cherry fade into vanilla, cinnamon and toasted oak, with a whisper of red pepper and nutmeg. The spice lingers in velvet warmth, a graceful finale worthy of nearly three decades of cask-matured richness.
