The Vintage Collection is designed to highlight the character of individual rum-producing origins, and in this case the focus is on the bright, polished style that Mauritius does particularly well.
With over a decade of ageing behind it, this has a more rounded and settled profile than a younger column-still style, while still keeping a fresh, elegant edge. Expect a balance of tropical fruit, soft spice, light oak and a gentle sweetness, with the maturity bringing extra depth without making the rum feel heavy.
