A 15-year-old Belize rum from the Terravera Collection, this vintage 2008 expression was distilled at Travellers Liquors in Belize, aged 13 years in tropical ex-bourbon casks, then 2 years in Ferrand cognac casks in France, and bottled at 48.3% ABV as part of Planteray’s exploration of regional terroir.
The extended ageing and double-cask maturation deliver a rich profile where spicy cinnamon, vanilla and roasted almond notes meet citrus, pear and coconut on the palate, finishing long with dried fruit, cherry, vanilla and coffee nuances typical of this limited edition.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Opens up with notes of Old Bourbon with plenty of Spicy Cinnamon, Vanilla and Nutmeg with sweeter notes Almonds and Banana.
Palate
On the forefront comes Citrus and Pear with touches of coconut before a deeper spice of Pepper, Cloves and Liquorice comes through.
Finish
Finishing things off with Dried Fruits, Cherry and Vanilla (think Bakewell tart) with subtle Coffee and Vegetal notes.
