Ripe coconuts are harvested, cracked open and laid outside to naturally dry.
The dried chunks of coconut are infused in a blend of Barbados unaged column still rum and Barbados unaged Gregg pot still rum.
The fruit infusion is then blended with Barbados rum aged up to 3 years old. The exquisite marriage of two icons of Caribbean culture offers a perfect ratio of one coconut per liter of rum.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Intense, it starts on coconut pulp with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and impressions of sesame oil.
Palate
It follows the nose with a more present rum, delivering coconut milk, vanilla, banana, green ginger with soft touches of molasses and some fresh herbal notes.
Finish
Very long on coconut, pepper, and vanilla.
