Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden honey with a warm amber glow.

Nose

Fresh barley and citrus rise from the glass, with biscuity malt anchoring the aroma. Subtle herbal threads and spice weave through the grainy brightness, delivering a clean, approachable nose.

Palate

Waxy citrus, biscuit dough and herbal barley weave a clean, light body, punctuated by peppery oak, ground ginger, melon and vermouth-like notes.

Finish

A crisp, lingering finish of white pepper and grassy barley, with ginger spice warming the palate as wine gums and biscuit dough echo softly.
