Much loved in Scotland but now sadly pretty much unavailable. This bottle is supplied with it's original purple bag and original box, a slightly higher ABV at 43% and a 75cl bottle size.
Proper old fashioned blended scotch from the Inver House group that looks more like a bottle of mead than whisky!
A clean and unfussy blend with pleasing grassy grain and herbal spice.

Colour
Rich golden amber with warm honey tones, sunlit and luminous.
Nose
Fresh barley and zesty citrus open the aroma, with biscuity malt and subtle herbal and spice notes weaving through.
Palate
Waxy citrus, biscuit dough and herbal barley greet the palate, unfolding into a clean, bright body with peppery oak, ground ginger, melon and subtle vermouth-like notes.
Finish
A crisp, lingering finish of white pepper and grassy barley, brightened by ginger spice, with soft echoes of wine gums and biscuit dough.
