Tasting Notes

Colour

Amber with ruby-red hues.

Nose

Rich aromas of sweet dried fruits such as raisins and dates, interwoven with subtle toffee, vanilla and a peppery spice lift. A whisper of rum barrel sweetness adds depth, yielding a warm, inviting bouquet.

Palate

A generous sweetness unfolds on the palate: dried apricot, fig and raisin mingle with vanilla and toffee, lifted by peppery spice. The rum-barrel finish adds a soft, tropical warmth, leaving a long, smooth finish lightly threaded with oak.

Finish

Warm and smooth, this finish lingers with dried fruit, vanilla and toffee, punctuated by a whisper of peppery spice. Rum-barrel finishing wraps the palate in a soft, balanced sweetness.
