Colour

Nose
Soft, delicate peat — a whisper of fabric-softener and ash — lifts vanilla, seaweed, and pear drops. Pine cones, lime candy floss, and crisp green apples ride a sea-salt breeze, hinting at gentle maritime smoke.
Palate
Silky vanilla moss meets peppery lime-scented peat on the palate, bright and refined. Creamy pear drops and green apples weave through a gentle peat smoke, all wrapped in a soft, lingering warmth that invites another sip.
Finish
Fresh seaweed and peat mingle with lime cordial, green apple dusted with icing sugar, a pinch of white pepper, and a lingering note of ashy oak.
