The nose is sweetly spiced with redcurrants, polished wood and blackberry coulis. The palate is syrupy and luscious with lashings of honey, brown sugar and burnt brioche. The finish is oh so long with distinct toffee apples, hard pear candies and ripe Scottish strawberries.
