Colour

Warm amber-gold with coppery sheen and a whisper of mahogany.

Nose

Ripe bananas mingle with walnuts, bright citrus hints and warm notes of home baking.

Palate

Very morish, with rich notes of golden syrup and sponge pudding, complemented by spiced ginger and vanilla for a warming, lingering palate.

Finish

A long, indulgent finish that lingers with red apples, burnt sugar, banoffee pie and sugared almonds, leaving a warm caramel-spun trail.
