Silky, medium-full on the palate, with red berry and plum from the organic barley. Vanilla, caramel and toffee mingle with subtle spice as red wine and American whiskey casks lend warmth and gentle oak tannins. A soft sweetness lingers, with fig and berry notes carried through a refined, persistent finish.

Finish

Medium-long finish with red fruit sweetness and vanilla, carried by silky oak and soft spice. Subtle cocoa and caramel linger as the wine-barrel influence fades, leaving a warm, fruity glow and a whisper of spice on the palate.
