Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey is located in one of Tel Aviv's most up and coming neighbourhoods. No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.
Using ex-red wine casks sourced from Israel's finest wineries with the Mediterranean's climate, variety of soil types and hot sunny days bringing a spicy, unique flavour to the Israeli wine, reflected in their casks.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep reddish-amber with a garnet glow and coppery highlights, a wine-kissed hue that glows warmly in the glass.
Nose
Red dried fruits mingle with ginger and toasted oak, caressed by a delicate coconut bouquet. A gentle mineral perfume lingers as the aroma unfolds.
Palate
Light-bodied and delicate, wine flavours sweep the palate, kissed by subtle oak and vanilla, and finish with gentle floral blossoms.
Finish
A medium-length finish that clings with dried fruits and wine, fading to a delicate touch of dark raisins and leaving a warm, lingering impression on the palate.
