No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.
Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky is matured in casks from Islay, soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavours, blended with ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt matured in the hot Tel Aviv sun.

Delightfully fresh, the aroma opens with earthy, smoky notes that unfold into a refined balance of vanilla and oak, with a bright hint of lemon.

Medium-bodied, vanilla sweetness gives way to delicate peat and a hint of spice, with ginger and lemon adding brightness to the palate.

A long, powerful finish where peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon lingering on the tongue.
