Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Rootsy liquorice with kirsch-soaked black cherries, layered over dark muscovado sugar crowned by hot chocolate. A minty lift and a hint of dark orange bitters weave through, yielding a warm, earthy aroma with quiet elegance.
Palate
Rich toffee and caramel ride a mentol-cool wave, with waxy orange, chocolate bitters and aromatic spices weaving through cherry liquorice, finishing in a dark, syrupy mouthfeel of clove and charred oak.
Finish
Dark honeycomb lingers with clove and cinnamon, a minty lift weaving through sour cherry and aniseed. The finish dries into dark chocolate, with brown sugar and caramelised notes, leaving a dry, spicy afterglow.
