Colour
Deep amber with honey-gold highlights and a coppery edge, a warm, radiant caramel-bronze hue.
Nose
Rootsy liquorice twirls with black cherries in kirsch, dark muscavado sugar swirling through hot chocolate, with a cool minty edge and a whisper of dark orange bitters.
Palate
A rich, syrupy palate of toffee and caramel, lifted by menthol and waxy orange. Chocolate bitters, aromatic spices, and cherry liquorice weave through a dark mouthfeel, while clove and charred oak lend a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Dark honeycomb and spice linger into a long, dry finish. Clove and cinnamon meet sour cherry and aniseed, with mint offering a cool counterpoint. Rich dark chocolate fades into brown sugar and caramelised notes, letting oak and warmth coalesce for a refined, lingering fade.
