Vanilla bean, caramel and toasted oak rise on the nose, carried by creamy corn sweetness. A citrus lift from orange zest mingles with hints of cinnamon and clove, revealing a warm, well-spiced bourbon character.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied with caramel-vanilla sweetness and corn-forward depth. The sour mash adds a bright citrus tang beneath a creamy mouthfeel, while cinnamon, clove, and ginger unfold over toasted oak. Dark fruit and toffee emerge, rounding to a warm finish of vanilla, rye spice, and subtle charcoal oak.
Finish
An elongated, warm finish coats the palate with toasted oak, vanilla cream, and caramel sweetness. Subtle spice: white pepper and nutmeg emerge and linger, weaving through a soft fruit glow before a refined oak-kissed finale.
