Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, glowing with honeyed warmth.
Nose
Opulent nose of vanilla bean and caramel, braided with rich oak and a touch of smoke. Dried fig and raisin mingle with citrus zest, while leather and tobacco emerge, buoyed by warming spices—cinnamon and clove—carried on a bold bourbon sweetness.
Palate
Silky and opulent, the palate pours vanilla, caramel and toffee that mingle with toasted oak. Rich dried fruit and cocoa deepen into warm spice, while a browned-butter sweetness holds the frame. The finish is long and refined, with espresso hints, baking spices, and lingering oak.
Finish
Long and generous, the finish pours from toasted oak into honeyed vanilla and dark caramel, then unfurls gingerbread spice—cinnamon, clove, and black pepper—leaving a warm, velvety sweetness that lingers before fading to a refined oaken fade.
