MB Roland bourbon is truly like no other. They use local, food-grade white corn, and bottle the product at distillation and barrel proof in the style of a Pre-Prohibition bourbon. The result is a unique, very full-flavored whiskey that typically comes in at between 105 - 115 Proof (52.5 – 57.5% ABV). Each batch is a blend of 5 – 10 barrels, is hand labeled, numbered and individually proofed.

Colour
Rich amber with coppery warmth and honey-gold shimmer, a burnished glow hinting at toasted oak.
Nose
Bold, corn-forward sweetness with caramel, vanilla and brown-butter richness; toasted oak and a kiss of cinnamon and clove lift the aroma, while hints of brown sugar and dark fruit suggest the full-bodied, barrel-proof depth to come.
Palate
White-corn sweetness floods the palate at barrel-proof intensity, delivering bold caramel, vanilla and toffee with toasted oak. Spices unfold—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—then a peppery lift that keeps it vibrant. A full, resinous mouthfeel coats the tongue, and the long finish carries warm char and spice.
Finish
Long, barrel-proof finish with spicy warmth that lingers. Toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel coat the palate, giving way to baking spices and cracked pepper. A touch of dark fruit and tobacco lingers, fading slowly into a warm ember of oak and lingering sweetness.
