Revived from glass to first-fill sherry octaves and finished in a refill sherry quarter cask, it presents a modern interpretation of the whisky that began it all.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow.

Nose

Seville orange opens with a bright, sugared-berry lift, while clove and cinnamon weave through the aroma. Rich toffee and dark chocolate add depth, finishing with a warm, inviting sweetness.

Palate

Marmalade and buttery toffee unfold with rye spice, malted biscuit, toasted almond and cocoa nib, delivering a warm, textured palate.

Finish

Lingering cinnamon, herbal rye, berry fruit tea, and balanced cask-led spice.
