Tasting Notes
Nose
Opulent on the nose, rich sherry sweetness threads through velvety malt. Dark fruits—prune, fig and cherry—nestle with polished oak, toffee and orange zest. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—spark the aroma, while cocoa, toasted almond and a whisper of tobacco deepen the complexity. A subtle hint of leather rounds out the bouquet, attesting to the whisky’s patient, 22-year maturation in sherry-cask.
