Bold peat smoke and coastal brine rise, with medicinal iodine and a seaward freshness. Underneath, sherry-dark fruit—raisin and fig—melds with cocoa, toffee, and vanilla. Toasted almond adds a nutty depth, while a touch of spice and oak threads through for a refined, lingering bouquet.

Palate

Bold, coastal peat leads the palate, with smoky, medicinal notes and a briny edge. Sherry richness coats the mouth, unveiling dark fruit—figs, raisins, cherries—laced with cocoa, espresso and toffee. Spices emerge (cinnamon, clove) while oak sweetness frames a long, warming finish, enhanced by the whisky’s 55% inviting bite.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with coastal peat and oak spice, slowly fading into dark chocolate and dried fruit. A warm, refined echo of sherry sweetness lingers, with a gentle peppery lift.
