Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.

By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery-gold sheen and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Elegant, fragrant nose with citrus zest (orange and lemon) over pale honey and soft orchard fruit. Delicate vanilla and almond mingle with a gentle sherry lift, while waxy notes and light oak lend polish. A whisper of spice and dried fruit—fig and raisin—deepens the bouquet, hinting at refined maturity and balanced complexity.

Palate

Silky and light on the palate, with a bright citrus spark and orchard fruit. Green apple and pear ride atop honeyed malt, while a gentle sherry influence adds raisin, almond and a touch of cocoa. Subtle spice and vanilla weave through restrained oak, culminating in a clean, lemon-zest finish and a warm, refined afterglow.

Finish

Silky and persistent, the finish carries orchard fruit into toasted oak with a whisper of sherry. Warm almond, vanilla and cocoa linger, leaving a refined sweetness that invites another thoughtful sip.
